We are loving Professor's new dog dock, it fits easily into the backseat of a Volkswagon Toas, gives him plenty of room and I love how the front section can be unzipped. The material is nicer than I was expecting and seems quiet durable. I also love the color and appreciate how modern it looks.
This is perfect for my JRT! We travel far and frequently and have used many different products. She is rugged, fierce, and, a Princess who is very particular about comfort. We’ve put in about a thousand miles since installation and she loves it.! I also love that the nest can’t slip off the seat. It’s very well made and I highly recommend it. As I mentioned, she is a JRT and I bought the smaller version and it is a good fit.
Huge upgrade! This bed looks fantastic, and my dog adjusted to it immediately. His last bed was stiff and had developed that classic, un-washable dog funk... you know the exact stink I mean. The Dog Dock V2 is a total shows. The new LATCH / ISOFIX anchors keep it perfectly in place, and it's lightyears ahead of our old one!

Ordered the green bed. It is beautiful. Super sturdy. And, my dog absolutely loves it. We’ve tried at least four other dog beds and they did not. Make the cut. This one is special. No regrets. Even my husband was very impressed with how my dog took to It. Initially he had grumbled because he thought it would be another failed purchase to be given away. So happy with it. My dog is 15 lbs.

LOVE this car seat for my little dog! We recently located across country and we had to drive ourselves and everything to our new home. This was a 20+ hour drive so I wanted a SAFE and comfy spot for my dog for this long trip. She LOVED the seat right away and slept like a baby very comfortable on the ride. Took a bit to figure out how to set up but after seeing the video it was easy. Good quality.
They like it so much they peed on it! We assembled the car seat in the house so the pups could acclimate. One of them peed on it (of course) but when I contacted Max- he said the pillow and pillow case are both washable- and they went through the laundry just fine (air dry). We have taken short drives in the car. I love the security of the harness clips and the overall design of the bed keeps my dogs safe and I feel less worried when we are driving. My dog dock arrived earlier than expected and I have had a positive experience with my communication with the company. I have two 12lb chihuahuas and they fit perfectly with plenty of room to comfortably drive in the car.

Fits my 18lb cavapoo! She seems comfortable. Secure attachment to the car seat hooks. I wish the clips for the dog were a little more sturdy; I worry that they could break with a strong pull or if a car accident occurred.
I don’t believe the proper pillows were sent. They barely fill the space they are to fill. They have been allowed time from packing to fully re-inflate but still do not live up to the promise. Is there any way new pillows could be sent? I paid a lot for this system and I’m very disappointed . Upon receiving more information & directions, things have finally settled in just fine. The bed pillows have fully expanded and things look like they are supposed to (as shown on the website).

It’s a very comfy attractive bed in or out of the car. Love the two sided pillow. I can tell it will be very safe once properly set up in the car. Love the straps to carry it! And all the zippers which makes it easy to clean and set up!

We’ve tried a few different car seats for our dogs, and the Dog Dock is by far our favorite. I love that it feels safe and secure in the car while still being comfortable enough for them to relax in. My dogs took to it right away, and now they happily hop in for car rides. Definitely a new favorite for our pups!
My dog hasn’t laid down in the car since she was a puppy. We’ve tried multiple back seat dog covers that promise comfort but they never eased her anxiety. The Wagging Rights bed has changed our car experience. Since she’s an anxious girly, I brought the bed inside for about a week so she could get used it outside of the car. She loved it! Moving it to the car was the next step. At first she didn’t sit or lay down but shortly into our drive she did both and stayed there for the rest of the drive.
Easy to put together and easy to install. It’s also very well padded. Love that it’s washable. The big one has four different harness clips so you could maybe fit two smaller dogs in. My dog hates the car so we are gradually getting used to it in the house - Makes a nice portable bed for in the house as well.
Only thing I would recommend changing is to replace the plastic clips that clip onto the metal rings with metal. Makes no sense unless both pieces are metal. First time in it my dog loved it. He was very relaxed.
I have had so many 'highly recommended' car seats for my Standard poodles over the years. This is the first and only that has lived up to the hype! Affordable and looks to be so sturdy and comfortable I'll have it for many years! Best luck to you!
Archie loves his new car-safe bed! It seems very comfortable for him. I do wish it had come with instructions for assembly as well as install. The install especially was challenging. Eventually I found a YouTube video and followed that. One thing I will say is that the straps that go around the back of the seat and around the headrest are too long. Even shortened as much as possible, they were still too long to be tight. That makes the car seat feel less secure. I drive a large SUV also, so I can’t imagine how loose it is in a smaller car. I used the bottom clips to go all the way up to the headrest and then the top clips to go around the back of the seat. Overall I like it but it is quite pricey and I’m not sure it’s as safe / secure as the car crate I was using previously because the straps aren’t tight enough. I guess time will tell.
My dog Juniper loves this bed, and overall I’m very happy with it. She seems noticeably calmer in the car since we started using it. She settles right down as soon as she gets into the bed and seems very comfortable and secure. The bed itself feels well made and durable, and I really like the straps and clips that attach to the car’s seat bars. They do a great job of keeping the bed securely in place. My only complaint is with the design of the extra-large size. Because the bed is so large, the front bolster that runs along the edge of the back seat (VW ID4) tends to droop down over the edge of the seat. I’ve been using the handle straps to help pull that bolster up and keep it supported, but that puts tension on the points where the straps attach to the bed, and I’m already noticing a little tearing in the fabric there. I don’t think the handles were really intended to support the weight of the bolster this way. It would be great if the XL version had some type of sturdier built-in support or reinforcement to keep that front bolster level with the seat rather than allowing it to sag over the edge. I’m actually considering making a small platform that sits against the front edge of my back seat to support that portion of the bed. Aside from that design issue, I really like the bed. Most importantly, my dog clearly loves it, and seeing how quickly she relaxes and settles in the car makes it well worth having.
I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but I love the LATCH feature. I have had it in an empty room that collects all the stuff that doesn’t necessarily have a home. The picture shows how I found her after she found it! I think it will be a hit.

My dog can be a hot mess in the car, he likes to scream and he's done it since he was a puppy. I didnt know if he was doing it because he was excited, anxious, scared, of even uncomfortable. I never figured out the reason until I bought this bed. He's never felt secure in the car, which I think overwhelmed him with emotions. Watching him try to curl up in the backseat before compared to now with this bed is a 180 difference. When this bed originally arrived I was out of town. It rained a lot before I was able to bring it in. However, It was perfectly dry because it was wrapped really well in plastic! I also thought that maybe I'd received the wrong size because the box was small, but it was the large! The cushions expand so the packaging is small! For the bed itself I give it: Size: 10/10 it fills most of the back seat, but also helps my dog feel secure Outside Material: 10/10 love the high quality feel, waterproof, & the reversible cushion. Inside material: 7/10 the cushions could be better. They are broken up pieces of foam, which for the sides would be fine but the base should be one solid memory foam. I also dont think the cushions "fill up" it enough so I've added a pillow in the section in the front for more stability. Packaging: 10/10 excellent shipping package Mobility: 9/10 I like the handles they make it easy to move, however the hanging hooks if your not careful will swing around and hit stuff, your car too while trying to put it in. Safety: 10/10 my dog has never been so relaxed on a car ride. We just took a 10 hour trip and he was laying down and relaxing since he didnt have to to worry about his balance. And I had peace of mind that in a quick stop he wouldn't be slipping around. Comfort: 9/10 this was the most comfortable trip my dog has taken (one solid memory foam cushion on the bottom would be 10/10) Overall 4/5 I kept saying during our trip, "I'm so happy I bought this bed!" My husband couldn't believe I was buying my dog another bed (my dog already had 6) but I told him, this bed was different! And yes it is different and very necessary. This bed will improve car trips forever! Thanks!

Overall I really like the design and functionality. I love that it can be used in the car or as a bed when traveling. The one thing that would make this 5 stars for us is if the side, front and back bolsters were substantially more sturdy and supportive. We ended up having to put something under the front of it otherwise our pup smashed the front of the bed down between the front and back seats. It lost its shape quickly because of this. But I can understand this does make it extremely comfy for the pets.
All of the animals love this bed! They use it everyday. We haven’t had to use it in the car yet, but so far it’s great!
My 11 lb dog loves it. The way it locks into the seat with solid straps all around, appears to be a great safety option.
A calmness he has only experienced when medicated. No meds for this ride. Maybe the high walls help? And he still could put his head out the window.
Really great addition to our little poochie’s life. She is much more secure (and comfortable!) in the car. She also enjoys being carried in her cozy little seat from the car to the house. Assembly was easy but we were hoping there would be some instruction to make sure we were doing it correctly.
I have an 18 lb shih poo and he loves his new car bed. I bought the Dog Dock V2 New & Improved LATCH / ISO FIX in medium. While originally the bed looked a little small for him, he actually fits perfect and loves it. I like how it latches to the seat and then also has straps to strap our little guy in to make sure he's safe. Would purchase again and would definitely recommend to anyone taking long car rides with their pups.
