We’ve been so impressed with our Wagging Rights Dog Dock, and one of the things we especially love is how much thought was clearly put into safety. That was a huge priority for us when choosing a car seat for the pups.
One feature that really sets the Dog Dock apart is that it loops into the safety anchors in your car, so it feels much more secure and integrated into the vehicle than a typical dog bed or booster seat that simply sits on top of the seat. We love having that extra layer of stability and peace of mind whenever we’re driving with them.
We have a Jeep, and the Dog Dock fits beautifully across the back seat. It gives both dogs plenty of room to get comfortable without feeling cramped, and it’s plush enough that they can actually stretch out, relax, and settle in during the ride. For longer drives especially, we really appreciate that it feels more like a comfortable little lounge space for them rather than just a car seat.
The quality also feels substantial and well made, and we love that it manages to combine safety, comfort, and style. It looks polished in the car and doesn’t feel like an afterthought or a bulky pet accessory.
Since our dogs come with us on so many errands, outings, and adventures, having a setup that feels secure and comfortable is incredibly important to us. The Wagging Rights Dog Dock has quickly become one of our favorite pieces of travel gear, and we love knowing that the pups have a cozy, designated space in the back seat while we’re on the road.

This really is a wonderful car seat for your dog! However I only gave it 4 stars for a few reasons…first, the material that it’s made of gets very hot very quickly. If the car seat has been in a hot car watch out it’s going to be hot! There should be a warning of some sort on it! Secondly I’m not impressed with the clips on the straps that go around the vehicle seat to secure it. They are plastic and I feel that they are the main point of securing the seat and should be made of a stronger material. A metal clip would be much better.
Lastly, the clip that you clip to your dog’s harness is very flimsy. It doesn’t open smoothly and it feels as if it could break easily.
I feel they really cut corners on the clips. Other than those three issues I DO really like it and so do the pugs!
We are loving Professor's new dog dock, it fits easily into the backseat of a Volkswagon Toas, gives him plenty of room and I love how the front section can be unzipped. The material is nicer than I was expecting and seems quiet durable. I also love the color and appreciate how modern it looks.
This is perfect for my JRT! We travel far and frequently and have used many different products. She is rugged, fierce, and, a Princess who is very particular about comfort. We’ve put in about a thousand miles since installation and she loves it.! I also love that the nest can’t slip off the seat. It’s very well made and I highly recommend it. As I mentioned, she is a JRT and I bought the smaller version and it is a good fit.
Huge upgrade! This bed looks fantastic, and my dog adjusted to it immediately. His last bed was stiff and had developed that classic, un-washable dog funk... you know the exact stink I mean. The Dog Dock V2 is a total shows. The new LATCH / ISOFIX anchors keep it perfectly in place, and it's lightyears ahead of our old one!

LOVE this car seat for my little dog! We recently located across country and we had to drive ourselves and everything to our new home. This was a 20+ hour drive so I wanted a SAFE and comfy spot for my dog for this long trip. She LOVED the seat right away and slept like a baby very comfortable on the ride. Thank you so much, she continues to sit in her seat in the new house and loves it.
They like it so much they peed on it! We assembled the car seat in the house so the pups could acclimate. One of them peed on it (of course) but when I contacted Max- he said the pillow and pillow case are both washable- and they went through the laundry just fine (air dry). We have taken short drives in the car. I love the security of the harness clips and the overall design of the bed keeps my dogs safe and I feel less worried when we are driving. My dog dock arrived earlier than expected and I have had a positive experience with my communication with the company. I have two 12lb chihuahuas and they fit perfectly with plenty of room to comfortably drive in the car.
Fits my 18lb cavapoo! She seems comfortable. Secure attachment to the car seat hooks. I wish the clips for the dog were a little more sturdy; I worry that they could break with a strong pull or if a car accident occurred.
I don’t believe the proper pillows were sent. They barely fill the space they are to fill. They have been allowed time from packing to fully re-inflate but still do not live up to the promise. Is there any way new pillows could be sent? I paid a lot for this system and I’m very disappointed .
Upon receiving more information & directions, things have finally settled in just fine. The bed pillows have fully expanded and things look like they are supposed to (as shown on the website).
It’s a very comfy attractive bed in or out of the car. Love the two sided pillow. I can tell it will be very safe once properly set up in the car. Love the straps to carry it! And all the zippers which makes it easy to clean and set up!
Oreo loves her car seat! She does not like car rides and insists on sitting on someone's lap to hold on to them the entire time. We were worried she may not want to be in the cushion on her own, and she did at first but calmed down very quickly. She likes that she can see out the window if she stands on the side cushion, and now whoever isn't driving has the freedom of movement since they dont have to hold her 😂
I do not think Anabel Lucille is too impressed with her new car seat however once I figured the installation out her mom is very happy with her new ride. Thanks max for bearing with this old lady. I love it

I have been talking about this bed to anyone who will listen. It's one of my favorite purchases I've been for my pup. She's 11.5 and needed an actually car seat that would steady her in the car, and this gave me such peace of mind. She never lays down in the car, but the first time she sat in it, she laid right down and got super comfy. It did my heart good. To add, it transfers easily from car to inside the house and visa versa! So she had a place to sleep inside with her blanket where she could lay her head. The back and sides of the bed are perfect for elderly dogs with aches! She felt so secure and comfortable. We only had the bed for about a week and half before she passed away. :( But I have zero regrets. She was incredible comfortable in her last days largely because we had this Wagging Rights bed, and I will forever be grateful!
My dogs absolutely love these beds! I bought them for a 4 day road trip across the country and they slept like babies the whole time. The only downside is they didn’t hold up very well as far as the material goes. Both beds have handles ripping off and the inner cushion is already destroyed. We’ve used the beds for about 3 weeks so it’s a bit of a bummer that they’re falling apart for how much I spent on them…
I really wanted to love this. Its an overpriced dog bed essentially. I got it for the safety of my 97 lb dog. I dont see how it does much in that regard. It has plenty of straps and clips, but your dog is still essentially clipped to one point. Just because the bed has 5 or so other clips doesnt give my dog any less aerodynamics in a crash. He still is strapped in at one point. If he were to be in the car in an accident, the only security is that harness and its attachment to the car. After a few tries, I felt safer clipping him directly to the seat belt clip. Which makes this an over-hyped, expensive, bed. Another thing I dislike, is there is nothing keeping the forward side of the bed from falling in between the back seat and front seats. No straps to go around a head reast etc. So when my beast of a dog stands on the forward part of the bed, he falls into the abyss and pushes the bed down with him. His claws have also ripped the rubber material in a few spots. Definitely would not buy again. I am giving it a 3-star because the bed is comfortable, and I like the portability of it. Save your money. Get a good quality harness and clip it into the seat belt clip and get a cheaper 50 dollar bed at Costco.
Reddington is a big fan of his new cosy car bed! Instance relaxation and loves perching on the side and napping. This fits perfect in our new Rivian R2. We wasn’t sure it would be too small for our 20lb Cavapoo, but he’s quite cosy in.

The product is overall great and as advertised. My poodle seems to like it much better than the hard-bottom hammock style backseat cover we had been using. He seems more comfortable and secure. The attachments are good. TBD how the materials hold up over time, but they’re nice at the outset. It’s slightly too short for my 2019 Honda CRV, and also slightly too deep. However, the car seat and seat back attachments were able to just barely make it and hold the whole thing in place pretty well. The harness attachments need to be a little longer for my long legged guy to be able to move at all though.
I took one star off not for the product but for the weird sales and fulfillment process that made me worry this was a scam. Shipping was late and only happened after I reached out, the method of shipping was USPS from Colorado, not 3 day DHL from the “Tennessee warehouse,” and after seeing lots of other negative reviews on Trustpilot (for the UK company since there is no US one on Trustpilot) about never receiving the product I started to feel like this was a scam for sure. All of this to say, the company really needs to improve its sales and fulfillment process for its own good, as the product itself is great.
It will take some getting used to for Daisy, but we love it. And love the security. The green is a really nice color.
Medium is more like small, but 1 of our 2 fit! Will be buying a second one for our slightly larger dog.
I got this for my puppy with plans to use it more so when he’s older. However, the ride home from the breeder he was very unsettled in my lap so we moved him to the dog dock and he settled instantly. It’s great quality and we are looking forward to using it even more in the future!
My dog loves it so much. Before, she would stand the entire car ride, getting thrown around in the back seat. Now with the dog dock, she is not only more stable when she stands to look out the window, but she will lay down and relax, resting her cutie head on the pillow.
The only thing I would note is that there were some shipping and communication problems and the order was delayed by a month. It was frustrating but waggingrights was patient and helped me out
My pup loves this car seat/bed. We took it for our first long trip of around 3 hours and he slept almost the whole time and likes to rest his head on the bolster. He is only 4 months and 35 pounds so I bought the XL for him to grow into. I like that we can use it in inside as a bed when traveling too.
